Our selection of places to stay in the Republic of Ireland includes choices from Dublin, Co. Kerry, Co. Galway, Co. Kilkenny, Co. Sligo Dephi, Co. Meath, Co. Westmeath, Co. Donegal, Co. Tipperary, Co. Cork and Co. Clare. Most of our chosen hotels are located not too far inland – the coastal scenery is one of the country's best features.
The natural beauty of Ireland is legendary, from the golden beaches of counties Wicklow and Wexford in the east to the unspoiled coastlines of West Cork and Kerry further south. One of our long standing favourites, Carrygerry Country House in Newmarket-on-Fergus, is located close to Shannon airport. The rather eccentric Cullintra House at Inistioge is an especially bewitching retreat.
As elsewhere, our selection in the Republic of Ireland offers an exceptionally interesting range to choose from: guesthouses, inns, restaurants-with-rooms and small hotels. Whichever, they all have the special hand-picked character and charm we seek out.
