In an area where a number of small restaurants vie for attention on a busy street, this one is particularly good value. Local regulars crowd in at lunchtime to soak up the convivial atmosphere and enjoy Olympe's down-to-earth cooking. Many of the dishes are inspired by her Corsican origins, for example the herb-crusted leg of lamb which arrives at the table whole, still sizzling in its oven dish. Not that Olympe is any stranger to sophistication: she used to be the darling of the jet-set at her former establishment in the 15th Arrondissement. Now notoriously media-shy, she still attracts a faithful following of in-the-know Parisians.
