This place is a real find in the so-so restaurant zone that separates the Bastille from Place des Vosges. Not many tourists have yet discovered this archetypal bodega with authentic Spanish food. However, more and more Parisians are passing the word around, so it is best to book a table, particularly at weekends. Les Caves has an excellent selection of meats, fish la plancha and exceptional chipirones en su tintaand. Don?t miss the celebrated pata negra ham.
