Located near the popular Sant’Ambrogio market, a five minute walk from the famous Basilica of Santa Croce and very close to the elegant D’Azeglio Quarter, Residenza Casanuova is an impressive town house dating back to the mid-19thC. Completely restructured a few years ago with the expressed intent of creating a bed and breakfast that managed to retained the genuine warmth of a home together with all the modern comforts one might need to make a short stay as comfortable as possible - the building even has a lift - this is now a perfect place to be based whilst exploring all that historic Florence has to offer.

Guests of Residenza Casanuova can relax in the small reading room, chat in the living room, and have breakfast as late as they want. The hospitality of the proprietors is a real bonus and they are never short of suggestions should you find yourself at a loss or in need of some expert advice.
